Hmm. I'm not a human bodyworker but I've had bodywork for years and my profession involves it. Plus I've spent most of my life nerding out to learning all I can about alternative modalities. So, level 2 strains throughout your pelvis would make my nerdy self question if anything is subluxated there. Especially if you're still having trouble walking. With a slam hard enough to split that helmet, I'd think there'd be subluxation for sure.

Any time I slam hard I see a chiro as soon as I can. They umpf and whoa at the jacked up situation I present them but once everything is adjusted, I recover way faster if not immediately.

No bodywork: eventually the body adapts to the compensation/subluxation but it'll still be off. Kind of like slamming a bulldozer into the foundation of a house then just shimming the furniture inside so it's level. The house is still jacked. And the plumbing could also be fucked down the line as a result.

Take it easy if you head out this weekend. Don't be a hero.

Pretty cool! Being of Scot's decent, my brother has a Claymore he brought back from a visit to Scotland over his fireplace. It sits below a framed display of my father's kilt, Sporran, dirk, etc. looks awesome.

Love the look and feel of a well made sword! Hope you get a chance to take a crack at it.
