That said, if the boots are as old as this board you may he well toss them.

ItchEtrigR I'd ride the fuck out of that stick... Nothing like a good old cambered deck to remind you most of this snowboard tech is a bunch of bullshit....

chomps1211 Now wait a second guys!! Yeah, the board might be essentially worthless as a resale item, but if the OP is interested in getting into snowboarding? Using this board, if he becomes hooked and becomes a snowboarder? His "friend" gave him a PRICELESS gift as repayment!!!

OTOH,.... if all you're looking to do is pawn it off for some quick cash? Your friend HOSED you! Hope all you loaned him was lunch money!

Tatanka Head How much was the loan?

It is kind of lame for you to accept that as payment without knowing the value. I wouldn't pay anything for it.

Find a better friend.

slyder I think you need to let us know how much this "friend" owes you?
Sorry but I'm sure your gonna be hard pressed to sell it.
  1. I suggest you evaluate your friendship.
  2. he owes you money he can't or has no intention to pay back
  3. he tells you an item is worth way more then it is, and has no real value to you
several assumptions by me but I bet I'm right.
