You inland guys.... PNW and coast BC sometimes there's no choice. It's usually light drizzle though and it means snowing up top. Anything heavier than a drizzle and it's time for Bloody Maries at the bar.

We get picky with pow tho. Icy = stay home.

snowman55 Don't try to carve. Keep your edge angles low or you'll wash out on the slush. Use the base more than the edges when turning in soft slush.

This. Whatever you do, do not stop riding for any reason other than being done for the day. You WILL NOT want to put wet gear back on once taken off.

F1EA Plus make sure you let everything dry REALLY well once you get back home before storing your gear. Otherwise you won't be able to get the stink out.

Pay extra attention to your goggles.... if you store them wet they'll fog like crazy on your next trip.

Riding when it rains

I'm going to the mountain tomorrow morning but forecast says there is a strong chance of rain and it is not something that can hold me Is there any advise riding when it rains? i guess it get very slushy..
