jmacphee9 infamous is sick, but not worth the buy if you dont like replaying games....this is a rough estimation but you can probably beat the game in less then 30 hours and gamestop only offers a whopping 23$ for it to get it back... ive beat it once at a hero status, and also had a screw around name at infamous.

still an extremely fun game and i think 2 will have the makings of a great great game with hopefully some online fun and more powers of course! im really jealous i didnt pre order and get the gigawatt blades, looks like it makes actual fighting way more fun..

Never played Prototype. Just finished inFamous as a goody-goody last night. I LOVE inFamous and I'm looking forward to the sequel (which, if you go by the ending of the first game, is inevitable) to see just how much deeper they can make the world. It reminds me of GTA3 as far as how they created a huge world full of life, but now that the engine is done, they can concentrate on the details for the second game (i.e. GTA3 --> Vice City --> San Andreas). Mind you, the game story itself reminds me nothing of GTA3, but it's got the same potential to be huge in sequels like GTA3 did.

and for those who care, there's a feature on IGN atm breaking down the inFamous vs. Prototype argument.

inFamous ftw.

bkrockwell I own InFamous and rented Prototype - I personally reckon InFamous is better. Didn't think Prototype was bad by any stretch of imagination, just don't think it was executed as well as InFamous, or that it felt as refreshing.

EDIT: PS: A game I'm really looking forward to.
