Jollybored Cakeish but I think nothing beats a Sticky Toffee Pudding after a day on the slopes.

neni If you're brave, try BŁndner Nusstorte (walnut pie of a Swiss mountain region). There's no way to put more calories into a nutrition Swiss Walnut Pie Engadiner Nusstorte Or Bundner Nusstorte) Recipe - Food.com

Funny you mention that, I got quite good at baking sourdough many years ago. Unfortunately, due to other hobbies, I don't have anytime for it anymore, and have had to stop.
