Panduri Ride Wildlife is a quite good choice for what you described, it will be forgiving enough, fast, poppy and stable, but bear in mind - not super carvy - it is flat under feet

However the tech is very good, I myself am pretty happy with the slimewalls and the carbon array I have on other Ride boards (Machete GT and Highlife), and the base is very fast. I would recommend also the Machete, but you might find it too stiff. it is a killer aggressive twin board when you push it, but surfy and easy going (you could say forgiving) when you want. Very nice in shallow powder as well.

Westyballs Thanks for all the great feedback.
I have been encouraged to get the 2015 Ride Wildlife.
What does everyone think of this board?

Mt. Bachelor is an entire mountain skate park with all the natural features the wind creates. I look forward to shredding it all. I have a 66 and 63 sick stick I love dearly but just want a bit more pop. Thanks for the good word.

Nivek While the Assassin is a sick deck, know it is an all mountain board for guys who want their all mountain board to feel as much like a park deck but still be more geared towards all mountain. Just an FYI

Some of my favorites as of late have been the Flow Drifter, Burton Custom FV, Yes Basic, and Salomon Assassin. For varrying reasons and varrying special focuses.

Oh I'm an am guy. Next purchase for me will be an assassin. I was just curious what your am go to stick was.

A. The theroem is (A^2)+(B^2)=(C^2). Which is not the same as A2+B2=C2. That in fact has no mathematical relevance. And Mervins tech is C2, not (C^2).

B. A boards ability to plow through crud unimpeded is more dependent on its core profile and additives layout. Same goes for forgiveness.

C. Magne is not forgiving.

Nivek, what is C2?

Only ridden Angus and Nitro Team GW, but being an Beginner-Intermediate rider I'd say the Nitro was pretty damn unforgiving. It dug me craters whenever I was sloppy on it. I'd say my BSOD is more unforgiving.

I'll throw that in btw: Capita's The Black Snowboard of Death (2014+).
