need help with choosing snowboard size.

hi i planning to buy rome mod rocker 2015.
im prety stocky guy my wight is 156lb (71 kg) and my hight is 1.60 (5.2 FEET)
i ride all mountain some groomers some park and some pow.
im not sure if i should get the 1.53 board or the 1.49 board
the 1.53 is reaching up to the end of my nose im afraid that it will be hard to spin and to manuver on the groomers because its big comparing to my hight.
and on the other side im afraid that the 1.49 will be scacchi at high speed and will not float on powder.
the other thing is the in sizing guide of rome its written theat the 1.49 is for riders that wight 110-165(50-75 kg)
and the 1.53 is for 115-170(52-77 kg) riders.
does it really make a big difference?
