What conditions do you normally ride?
If you're looking for a serious set up I'd match the Nitro Pantera 157 with the Union Force MC

|carloa||i've had the flow nxt fs for the past 3 years and have just bought the teams. if you have never used flows, the are great bindings IMHO. you are strapped in in 10 seconds, they are super responsive, are very comfortable. they do take a lil time to tweak in the beginning but once you get them where you want, you are set for the season!|

Time to upgrade, input appreciated!
Looking to upgrade my kit, likely piece by piece over the next few months and would love some input from you lot. Little bit of info about me and my riding style:
Riding for: roughly 12 years
Riding style: Freeride mostly (90% of our time is spend chucking ourselves around in the trees)
Weight: 160-165 lbs
Boot size: 11
First and foremost I need to replace my bindings, I've got some early generation low-end flows, and while there certainly are things I like about them, they are heavy, uncomfortable and too stiff. I could certainly do flow's again, but am looking at the higher models in the hopes that these problems are solved. I like a relatively stiff binding, but don't want to feel trapped - I would also like something lighter (given the current weight of these things, that probably won't be an issue). Some bindings I've been curious about are:
Durability is also another factor, I tend to ride my gear until it dies (you do NOT want to see the base of my current board) so if I'm blowing $300-$400 on bindings, I want them to last.
I've done considerably less research on boards at this point (that upgrade will come later) but am looking out for high(er) end freeride/allmountain models from respectable manufacturers. Some that piqued my interest are:
