What do you mean by "side mountains?" Backcountry?

Also check out the Never Summer Infinity-r. It has Vario Grip, which is like magetraction, but less grippy. It's not as stiff as the Envi, but still kills it all mountain and comes in a 145, which would be easier for you to ride.

lilfoot1598 What kind of riding do you like? I'm exactly your size and I wouldn't ride above a 145 except in powder. I currently ride a 141 Gnu B-street, which is identical to the Roxy Eminence. Love the bananatraction!

You might also check out the Rossignol Diva Mag, which is an excellent all-mountain stick. Comes in a 144 and has magnetraction.

Roxy BTX sizing

I am looking at purchasing a new board right now for the rest of the season.

I'm 5'0 and about 105 pounds.

Have been looking at getting a roxy board due to the BTX and magnatraction which i'm stoked about.

Have been reading that some sites are saying that due to the BTX it is suggested to ride a little longer board.

I currently ride a 143 and the smallest the Roxy envi comes in is a 147.

Is 147 too long? Or would it be good due to the BTX.

thanks.
