sb60 Don't know if you've already bought bindings, but with salomon boots you might want to try the Absolute Premium bindings. I use them and they are very responsive and (I think) more comfortable than burtons.

Triple8Sol Rome Strut from what I've seen.

Sounds like she's going to have to shop in the kids department. She'll save some serious dough

lilfoot1598 john doe: I'm thinking about a stiffer boot, too. It's hard for me to find boots that fit, though, so I'm reluctant to go there. Never considered an ankle brace - I'll look into that. Thanks!

oldlady: Mine are Salomon Ivys and they fit great! Some of the smallest boots on the market. I know Burton makes some of their lower end boots in smaller sizes and I *think* Forum, Bonfire, and Nitro also make at least one small boot.

john doe Have you considered new stiffer boots or adding an ankle brace to your current boots. Something like this. SixSixOne Race Ankle Brace : Dirt bike parts and accessories Australia

I'll check out the DVas - they're on sale at REI for $84.93.
