I got an email this morning saying that my headphones I had sent in last Friday were received and they credited my account.10 minutes later I bought another pair online, free shipping and they threw in $7 to cover when I shipped it to them(cost me two 2006 stamps usps doesn't give a shit lol) so I bought a beanie too. Long story short unbelievable customer service, happy I bought from them.
