|charlie_hustle7||I didnt have any issue at all with the snow accumulating between the highback and the heelcup, just the toe caps coming off or sliding up or down on the boot.|

|Toecutter||I owned a set of Relays but had the same issue of the toecaps sliding off. I ended up returning the bindings. I really liked them otherwise.|

|Triple8Sol||You have to constantly make sure there's no snow accumulated betweenthe highback and the heelcup, otherwise it won't lock you in properly.|

Salomon Relay Bindings
Finally rode my 2010 Arbor Nightrain last night at Paoli Peaks. Conditions were actually great for KY/IN/OH area- had 4 to 5 inchs of snow, and big flakes falling all night. Still a few ice spots on the groomers but solid night no less. Board held an incredible edge, and the Salomon Relay bindings were sick feeling and super comfty matched with my Salomon F20 boots.
Review if anyone cares.
Me-6ft 220lbs, 11-11.5 boots, stance 15 duck front, 0 in back. Been riding 6 to 7 yrs, alot more tho in the 3 past years, all east coast.
My Style is Hard charging Carver, likes small to medium jumps and big kickers! Flat rails and boxs a bit.
[u]Salomon Relay Pro Bingings- Super Comfty first of all, match my board excellently, and have great support, padding, and just the right amount of stiffness. Only Complaint is toe caps came off of or slid a bit up or down from time to time. Not sure if i have them adjusted yet, and this is the first time i have ever rode a board with toe cap style bindings for an extended period of time. Plus they did unbuckle themselves once or twice, but may be due riding style maybe..? not sure..
Is this normal, how do you adjust them not to do it, and they are large bindings and with the 11-11.5 F20s that have reduced footprint tech that makes them supposedly have 1 size smaller size it seems like with the toe cap on the small setting, i still have to crank the ratchet all the way down to tighten up enough?
The Relay series is where its at for my riding, may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the surfy feel you get feels FUCKING amazing. So much fun, and really not as big of a difference as you might think compared with standard bindings. They do take a bit to get used to but once you get the hang of it, you increase your fun 3 fold in my opinion. My buddy took 3 or so runs on my board and bindings and hes sold on getting a set.
