Finally some good news

My friend in LA says the boards have been delivered I'm just waiting on her to double check UPS sent me the decks I actually ordered.

I mean how can UPS say they delivered it to the front door? I called up to ask 'Where's my boards at?' and they said it was left at the front door, the guy on the phone assured me that they have definitely been delivered and there was no bad data entry. I know the retailer hasn't shipped replacements because I ordered the last one!

Anyways I'll post some pics when they get to my house

Lstarrasl I've had UPS steal a board from me, them bastards. Luckily it was a free board. I always ship big things like Snowboards and bats to my work so I know someone will be there for the delivery.

Yeah I've had that a few times when I was in my old place I can hear someone walk up to the front door leave something on the ground and walk off without even knocking or ringing the doorbell. This is the first time I've actually had anything rather expensive dissapear, or get stolen.

rgrwilco Check with your neighbors. Before christmas, i ordered a board, bindings, and some other stuff. I was at work, and kept checking the tracking number the day it was to arrive to see when it would come. When it was switched to delivered, i drove home to get the stuff off my porch (i knew sig wasn't required). I got home, and nothing was there. I stood around, pissed, confused, about to cry, then i looked at my neighbor's house. On his porch was every package i ordered, plus two my mom ordered. Our address is clearly visible on a huge plate and on our mailbox, and it was correct on the boxes. Best part was, ups also delivered his packages onto his porch.

Either the driver that day was stupid as all hell or really high. To this day, i do not know.

Good luck with your UPS situation... I've often wondered what would happen in a case like that too since they leave stuff on my doorstep sometimes.

It ain't easy bein' white.
It ain't easy bein' brown!
All this pressure to be bright.
I got kids all over town!

EDIT: Getting back on topic
I'm guessing Slyder is right, after speaking with UPS they say that the package did not require signature. That requirement is dependant on whether or not the retailer/merchant ticks the 'signature required' box of the package, apparently my retailer did not (two brand new snowboards anyone???). I will be adamant about this requirement with any future mail/internet purchases.
