Best Rental Binding Package

This is a question for all of you who have worked in a board shop.
BACKGROUND: Last fall I purchased a small Ski and Snowboard rental shop that had mostly step-in binding systems. Although step-in has some fans, I am not one of them. I'm working two jobs, construction during the week and bar-tending on the weekends trying to revamp my snowboard equipment. I'm doing pretty good buying gently used boards and boots on eBay, Geartrade, etc. However, when it comes to bindings I feel I need to to go with one company so I will have spare parts. I also want to go with a speed change system like Head Speed Disk.
QUESTION: What are some alternatives to the Head Speed Disk (I like these but $$$)? What rental binding systems have you used and what did you like/not like about them.
Thanks in advance for any responses.
