Do you plan on charging the rest of the mountain, or treating it like a park? At your weight you have more options. Check out the Arbor westmark and blacklist too. Plus other brands.
Proto, SL are two more. Me, I chose the Evo it just looks so buttery fun. I plan on picking up a stiffer board later in the year. Maybe an Arbor just to try a few brands. Flows look fun too (and cheap)

Wait for it, wait for it. I'm waiting for everyone on the Proto CT bandwagon to reply.
Evo is a good choice if you're park oriented without being a limp noodle on the rest of the mountain. It won't be a hard charger like the Premier or Raptor mind you. If you're more the type to finish a run maybe with a jaunt in the park, the SL.
NS boards are definitely solid...tanks even. I haven't found any reason not to have an NS deck in my quiver. I like to try other tech but always have an NS handy to contrast and compare as my go-to deck. LOL

Never summer EVO
Hello as winter is coming up i plan to buy a board soon i have been looking at different boards
I plan to ride everything in the park but still be able to ride everywhere else on the mountain.
I am 6'1 and i weigh 170lbs and i have a size 11 boot.
I plan on getting the 157 Never Summer EVO
Is this a good choice for a first board (i know how to ride just want to learn park) and will it last me a couple years?
