|skycdo||If your idea of riding deep stuff is crusty frozen pow then Wolf Creek has plenty of it. Other than that you're stuck to the groomers. Which I don't think they groom all of them.|

|killclimbz||Bummer man. Southern Colorado was doing great up until about two weeks ago. Now it's almost nothing but sunshine forecasted for that region.|

|snwbrddreams||Had to book the trip to Colorado in August and it's too late to get my money back so I'm shit out of luck for good boarding this year. I doubt I'll have the cash to get up to Canda this season|

|Nsane1||This winter has sucked major balls. We went up to Snowshoe, WV for the week between Christmas and New Years and they only had 3 lifts open. Disappointing to say the least. Might want to plan a trip to Whistler instead.|

Telluride Mid-feburary/ Wolf Creek?...
I have a trip planned to Colorado in mid February and Iím getting a little worried about the snow or rather lack thereof. Has anyone heard an extended weather forecast and whether the current weather pattern of little to no snow will let up in the next couple weeks? Iíll be spending a week in Telluride and I donít want to spend too much time on the groomed runs. Iíd like to get off piste and play in some deep stuff. From what Iíve seen the best conditions are in Wolf Creek. Would it be worth renting a car for the four hour drive to hit up Wolf Creek for a day or two?
