If you are open to 2012 models you have some amazing options available to you. Some of the best rated boards (and more importanly best riding boards) from last year are coming in well under $300.00.

The Nitro Rook, for instance, at $275.00 is a good wood winner and an awesome deal. Here are 28 others:

looking for new board
I've recently been looking for a new board for next season. I mostly ride park but will occasionally ride all mountain on the pow days. I would be setting the board up with 2012 Raiden Zeros and burton freestyle boots size 9.5. I am about 5'7" and 160lbs and would love a board that was flexy enough to butter and play around the park but also handle a bit of all mountain riding. Sadly, moneys tight so something under $300 would be ideal. Ive found the 2012 K2 WWW and the 2012 Atomic Hatchet. Since I ride about 75% park and 25% all mountain im leaning more towards the Atomic Hatchet but cant find many reviews on it and am wondering if it may be too stiff for park riding. has anyone ridden the Hatchet?
