NYTSNOW if you're interested in getting out there for cheap,

check out our trip:
NYT SNOW 2013 | NEW YORK

you can fly out of anywhere you want, just inquire about what you want to do. we have experience and connects in Hokkaido, so everything will be taken care of. plus you won't find rates like that anywhere else to get out there.

would love to shred with new peeps!

Only having ridden the mainland U.S., mostly Colorado I consider most intermediate runs very boring and mellow. Heck a lot of black diamond runs are mellow which is why I started hiking and riding fresh uncharted terrain. It's more of a rush not knowing how steep the terrain may get on your descent. Powder without the steepness to really get you floating and throwing loads of snow on turns is kind of boring.
just watch the first part of Further

cjcameron11 Just a side note, if you are coming from Aus I just found this:

Return Economy airfares to Tokyo (Narita)(baggage extra)
- Meet and greet at Tokyo (Narita) Airport
- Return transfers from Tokyo (Narita) to Hakuba
- 7 nights accommodation (3 1/2 star)
- Hot breakfast each morning
- Daily transfer to ski resorts including a chartered bus to Cortina 3 times weekly
- 5 day multi- resort lift passes
- 2 hours mountain guiding for experienced skiers/boarders every Monday 9am at Happo One.

$1650, yeah thats a sweet deal if you ask me.
