Burton Burner Denim Pants

Has anyone tried these pants yet? There aren't much information on these pants in regards to waterproof and breathability ratings... and I can't even tell if these pants are insulated or not. Anyway?

And how are Burton's sizings like? Do they run on the big size? If I usually wear 30in waist and 30 inseam men's jeans, I would be okay to get a Medium size on these pants?
