timmytard I've had old Rossi's back in the day, nothing special.

The new Rossi's with Amp-Tek, are something different!

Whatever is in that Amp-Tek shit, is the real deal.

Sick-Pow Even though Rossi is a ski company, at least they back Xavier, and if they are this attentive to strange random breaking shit, right on.

devo I rode it yesterday and this is the funnest board I've ever ridden. I'm in New York and for what snow we have it rode very well. The mag edge works good for me, its poppy and it turns on a dime, pretty stable considering its 3mm shorter than my old board and noticeably softer.
I've been riding @ 5-7 years (I'm 37 so I'm old) and I come from a heavy skateboarding background(my knees are fucked). I was riding a gnu chb with mag and that board was cumbersome in comparison.
And as far as being skeptical of this board. The way I see it is I got a solid deal on a brand new board and if it breaks again... Meh, ill ride my gnu and send it back again.

JeffreyCH If it was me I'd be skeptical of that deck, no way the first one should have broke under those conditions.

Treegreen Seems like Rossi is trying to step their game up snowboard wise. Some of the newer boards at least sound great on paper. Glad they hooked you up. Let us know how it rides!

chronicsmoke Glad it worked out for you!

Good on Rossi for stepping up.

devo Got it back today. Bought a 2011 got back a 2012. Not a bad deal for $200. I should break more new last years models on the first day out.

slyder When my local guy can't get me something. I have used EVO and been very happy with them.

devo Well, just like that EVO sent me an email today and a return shipping label. Rossi takes care of returns themselves so I return it to them. I haven't a clue what my options will be, if any. Gonna try to get this turd sent out asap. I will update this post for anyone who is curious. I have to say between the interaction yesterday and the quick return email I'm impressed so far with evos customer service.
