DrnknZag ^^Nice!

Went up to Stevens today. Took Hogs up then skinned up to the top of Skyline. Snow was great, pow slashes were had, and a sketchy creek crossing was performed on the way out. Never hit bottom, nice deep snow.

J.Schaef Rode Stevens today.

Conditions were surprisingly quite a bit better than opening last year. Not too many people. Wish we had access to more lifts. The lines were a little long.

There was a lot of low angle fresh to get stuck in. Spent the day getting side hits.

This could be a very good base for us. Need a lot more filling in.

NWBoarder The fb pics look good. I'm hoping to get up to Stevens either Wednesday or Thursday. Gotta get there while it's still free for any WA mountain's season pass. :-D

varth I do seasons pass at snoqualmie, and around 5-6 trips to stevens. REALLLLLY excited about this year, last year I got back into boarding after 8 years and had more fun than I knew was possible haha. Caught a prime powder day at Silverfur at snoqualmie near the end of the season on a saturday when I was back at a reasonable skill and had a gigantic grin all day.

Before opening weekend to avoid the shitshow...but probably attend that too.

DrnknZag ^^Yup, they bumped it to 75 after the website crashed from everyone trying to get on there. Only the gondola is spinning, they're requiring you to either hike down or back up from the bottom of Green Valley. Pretty cool, but I'll pass. Multiple core shots are pretty much a guarantee with under 24".
