Not that I know of?
I haven't seen any resort rents out clothes.
At least ones in the US.

tokyo_dom Thats the one. Had quite a few good days there this year. Nice big long run that includes a bit of free ride, and then a lap through the park, with a short lift ride back to the top with barely any lines.

I think most places offer "All-rental" options, which probably suits the typical "Go once a year" type skiers/boarders.

And ditto on the snow gear, i guess that might be an Asian thing. Would be awesome for Gaper day, because the snow gear is literally from the 80s (they rent nasty goggles and gloves too)
Was that kandatsu Kogen?

That's just crazy.
It'll be so much fun to board at 3am!!

I also heard they even rent outfits.
That sounds convenient and kinda... weird.
I don't know how I feel about wearing rental clothes.
Only during peak season though, or weekends before/after that. It is pretty cool shredding late night on Fridays when the weekenders haven't arrived yet.

Yes you can rent outfits... as long as you are not expecting to make a fashion statement. I know a couple that rents out impact shorts, too....

I would guess they make you buy gloves because the loss rate for rented gloves is really high.

sheepshaver i was able to rent everything except gloves... for some reason they made me purchase the gloves.

i did feel protected with my own base layer on, from the rental clothes...

The thing that I like a lot about Korean resorts is that they all offer kickass night time operations. The lights are blindingly bright and during clear nights most ppl use their daytime lenses instead of low light lenses. Its less crowded, so I get my speed fix during the night hours. Some resorts are open until early morning hours.

A recent trend over here that I am baffled by is the explosion in popularity of hammerhead BX boards. I have a hard time understanding why ppl here spend obscene money buying the highest grade racing equipments to ride on little play hills.
Korean culture, buy the best you can afford regardless of skill(thinking they'll grow into it), and gotta go fast. If you don't beat the guy next to you, you fail as a person. It's like that shirt people wear at the gym on treadmills, "If I'm on a treadmill next to you, yes, we are racing."
