Triple8Sol Maybe they were a return or display item? Regardless, call or email them and talk to someone about it. Evo is my fav local shop, so I'm sure they'll be helpful.

Penguin Take a picture of the merchandise that you received and send it to them.

dmart_evo Yeah, I would call them up. Talk to Danny Martin if you can. I hear he's pretty rad and will get you hooked up. LONG LIVE EVO!!!!

DC5R I've ordered stuff from Evo and everything I received was in top notch condition. Call them and let them know what happened. I can almost guarantee they'll resolve this issue to your satisfaction.

killclimbz EVO has been a reputable retailer for a good number of years now. They should exchange your goggles with almost no questions asked. If you do have problems let us know. We've done wonders for Boardparadise's Tightboard's online business...

markee +1 for evo is legit. I bought goggles off them and got them in perfect condition. My friend ordered skis and they were good too.

legallyillegal Evo is completely legit.

Unfortunately, you can't expect anyone to always check each piece of gear that gets sent out individually. Pick up the box, give it a shake, maybe look inside to see if there's anything in there, package it.

So is evogear flaky? I've been ordering stuff the past couple of days and I saw their site. I had a kinda bad vibe since I hadn't heard of them but they had a decent looking site. I bought mostly from da funk.
