|tiprat||Another thing to do with camelbaks is to just blowback a bit when you've finished sipping on them so all the waters in the bag. I do it all the time as it stops the sun here making the water really warm when motorbike riding, i'd assume it'd stop it freezing as well.|

|SFshredder||I have a small Camelback. The only problem I have with it is that sometimes the water inside the tube freezes since it's exposed to the air outside. The water inside the reservoir bag doesn't freeze though, just what is in the tube. I sometimes wear my Camelback inside my jacket just so that the tube doesn't freeze. Most of the time I just wear it on the outside of everything though. You just have to bend the tube a little bit to break up the ice and then the water will seep through when you try to drink it and melt off the ice.|

k2 crossfire helmet/ camelbak
Going out to Snowbird this spring with some friends and I wanted to get some opinions on equipment.
Bought a k2 crossfire helmet for when I donk my head. anyone use this helmet? is it good?
also thinking about getting a camelbak (zoid?) for staying hydrated. do you think its worth it? and has anyone had major problems with them? (leaks, freezes, etc)
