Is this a good board and are these good bindings?

I am 15 years old, 5'11", 155lbs, and have a few years of riding experience. I live in Chicago, and the last few years haven't been the best for skiing/snowboarding. This year has started off great so I think it is time to get new gear. I already have some Salomon sz 12.5 boots. The board and bindings I have right now are much too small. I do all kinds of boarding (park, powder, etc.). I'm still growing, so I want a board that will last me a few years. I have a budget of $300 for a board and bindings. Right now I'm thinking of these...
Board: On Sale Ride Manic Wide Snowboard up to 40% off (I was thinking 157 wide)
Bindings: On Sale Rossignol Cage Snowboard Bindings up to 40% off (size large)
What do you guys think? And if anyone in the Chicago area wants to buy a Burton Dom Grom 142 w/ Union Force bindings, let me know!
