justdust Butternut is 100% open and plans to stay open through first weekend in April provided they have enough traffic to justify. $20 lift tickets every day through the rest of the season.

But I'm in the process of planning a trip up to whistler for the end of April just before i head off to africa for a month

Did you see Pine Knob is still managing to stay open?

The groomers are on the hill! Our tentative plan is to open Friday night for the 3-11pm session and on the weekend for the day sessions only 9am-5pm. I'll keep you updated.

Whatever

As of March 1st, TIMBERLINE had a current depth of 146", the average for this time of year is 142", so we are at 103% of normal.

When they do the next measurement on Sunday, it will be higher then the 103% it was on the First. I'm guessing 120% of normal. Lots more snow in the forecast for Spring. So plenty of snow for the summer. Come on out, July is going to be great.

showbiz Where are these mountains that are open year round? Snowboarding in June would definitely be sweet.

BurtonAvenger June probably might go to hood for the summer then back to CO for the winter.
