Eat Sleep Shred Rocking fore-aft and then popping your ollie can help you get some extra spring. Remember you want to pop up and plant the tail, not just roll up on it. You also might try just grabbing lien instead of all the way up on the nose, it doesn't look as good as a solid nose grab but it's a start.

shauna03 haha well lemme know how that goes... not to sound creepy or anything but if you want to take a video of yourself trying to tailblock maybe i can help determine what the problem is? lol

Umm yeah basically i cant spring it enough,not enough so i cant grab the nose...

shauna03 not bad.. i was gonna say if you had a stiff board it would probably be a lot harder to spring up for the tailblock, but a 5 can do the job just fine. what are you having trouble with? getting the nose up all the way? it would be easier to give pointers if i could see your attempts haha

Tailblocks

I cant do tailblocks but i dont know why? im pretty good at my tailpress/nosepress 180 outs on down boxes(sometimes rails) though....
