I popped over to Mansfield to check it out... boy was it WINDY! The top of the quad is always cold, but yesterday it felt especially bad. It seemed like a lot of the pow was getting blown away too, there were probably some nice stashes that I missed because I went back to Spuce. The race track they built was open, and pretty much untouched in the morning... Between that and riding below the liftine, it was awesome. I was riding a Custom X though, and had a couple of nosedives when I wasn't paying attention.

njfastlfie What's the latest bros? Might try to leave work by 2pm here in Westchester. Still not sure if that gives us enough window to get up there before it gets really bad...

Semi worried about the drive tomorrow night, but generally don't mind driving in the snow. Goal will be south burlington so im close enough to get to the mountain by 8ish thursday morning... but it can be a bit of a lonely stretch form the northway in the glenn falls/lake george area until you get into town. Will definitely take it slow and steady.

Anyone.. will be riding solo thursday NS raptor, red patagnoia shell
That drive can be harrowing in the snow, especially once you get closer to Stowe going around those curves on the interstate. Be safe! We're heading up to Montreal this weekend for a couple of days at Sutton and Jay Peak. This snow is a blessing!

One day for $35, two days for $60, three days for $90...instead of $94 a day.
This. I used to sell tickets and always had a good laugh with VT Travel Club folks about how great their deal was when everyone else was paying full retail.
