Bactine Did you get to ride them? I picked up leftover Chargers a few weeks ago really cheap. I kept breaking my mob boss's and wanted something stiffer. I still don't have much to compare them too but so far I love them. Everything I do is instantly translated to the board but not in an abrasive way which I was afraid of it's still very smooth. And they are crazy light compared to the Rome's since you brought up weight.

I wish I learned more about the factory though based on all the positive feedback in this thread. Buyer's remorse haha

AMSMiTH Picked up some Factory's and holy crap these things seem heavy. Can't find any weight stats online - anybody know how these compare weight-wise with other bindings?

I agree also. I've got the '14 Atlas and the toe straps have improved since my 3-4 year old flites. My issue is that, occasionally the ratchets have an issue of not latching onto the strap ladders when I ratchet them down. It didn't start happening until after my 4 day into the season. I usually just bear it and hold down the tooth while I ratchet to make sure it grabs and doesn't slip. After that, they usually hold and don't slip while riding.

I can still move them out one more hole which I plan on doing for next time out. I didn't for the first time because I have a phobia of putting binding straps on the last hole - don't ask me why, just don't like it.

Overall I love them - they are the best bindings I've ridden- could just use a more hearty toe strap for my large boots.
I've got them on size 31.5 mondo boots (14/15 depending on whose chart you use) and I've got them all the way out on the last screw hole. Try that and I'll bet you won't have the pinching problem. Mine don't pinch. I do agree though that a tad larger toe strap and a bit longer of an adjuster strap (whatever that piece is called that screws into the leather piece) would be ideal. Still, it's been better than my two previous binders by a long shot.

trapper I'm surprised to hear you say that about the Factory toe strap, because I think it's the best I've used. What exactly don't you like about it?

madmax Just spent my first day on my Factory's on my T.Rice Pro which is a medium stiff (7/10). Loved them. Great response, super comfy, I'm a big fan of the ankle straps but the toe strap could still use some improvement - which has been a topic of discussion on Union bindings for a while now. Overall love them and the canted foot beds are awesome. I have knee pain and these really helped to relieve it.

The Asadachi's are dope in all black.
