As for the boards riding differently you probably have changed your riding as a result of the different board profiles and stiffness. It was hard for me to go from old school camber to CRC this year and I hated it at first then loved the ride. I rode a C3 (camberedish) board last week and was feeling like a noob at first because I had let my riding get so sloppy on the loose rockery board that I actually had to work at it bc it was not as forgiving but it meant for challenging riding, which was fun.
I think you are right i spent some more time riding my older SC board today to just clear my mind a bit, and it wasn't so bad just much less pop on ollies and stability in general but not as frustrating as i had thought of it the day before. super stoked on getting the new evo ganna go ride and try it out before work tomorrow if i dont drink too much tonight.

CassMT getting a board ripped is the worst...part of the reason i just arrive, ride, and leave the mtn, board is never off my foot, let alone out of sight

if you catch someone in the act don't beat them up (tempting i know) call the cops, press charges...may just save someone else future agony of loss

chronicsmoke I was at a tiny hill in Western Quebec and when we went to go for lunch (we never lock our shit really) we over heard someone say that there are 3+ sets of skis that were stolen that morning. So we went back to the truck and locked everything under the tunnel cover.

Hope you get your board back, OP.

MeanJoe We always have a a rash of board thefts at my local place every year. Someone I know got their board taken this season. When someone is caught, it is almost always some overblown sense of entitlement snotty-ass late teen and his buddies who think it is a big joke. I mean after all, mom and dad buy all their shit for them so they have no respect of ownership and sacrifice by others who bought their own gear. Okay, to be fair occasionally it is older dirt bags looking for a quick score to buy more meth.

*puts down giant paint brush*

*shakes cane*

Damn kids these days, no respect I tell ya!

Nah, it's in your head man. I have boards older than that, that I love ridin'.

I just don't ride them the same as my newer R&C decks.

I blew out the edge on my favorite deck, my beloved Heritage X. RIP.
Final result, it's dead.

There has been so little snow this year, I'm not bringin' anymore good boards out.

I've rode an assortment of old shitty decks this year.

Ah, fuck, who am I kiddin'

Ridin' shitty old boards, sucks.

But not all old boards are shitty.

I have a feeling you'll find it
