cav0011 I think excelaration = excellent speed gain! It might mean the ability to quickly update microsoft office applications.

Anyhow I dont ride Rome boards (mostly because I have never been interested in them.)
It was a laugh at their grammar. Wtf is excelaration? The rate at which one excels at something?

Is this for real?

I was looking at some different boards on stp as i got a super discount flyer and was looking at reviews of the Rome Reverb and came across this.....

"On Snow Feel: The Rome Reverb is pretty stable and predictable. Like all camber boards they can be a little catchy but its very mellow on the camber scale. The board is easy to one foot/skate and flat base. Its the kind of board that is all about approaching the mountain at a slower pace and treating it like a jib or jump park. Itís also really fun in the jib and jump park too.
Powder: The Rome Reverb Rocker is much better here but if you are an old schooler you will know what to expect.

Speed: The Rome Reverb isnít going to win any awards here when it comes to speed but it does have a nice 0-Park obstacle excelaration that many boards in this price range donít. This is because the base is fast but itís a soft flexing board."
