CassMT try literal, not 'metaphorical'

not the worst nor the best...i'm on an electronic music production forum sometimes, no ladies left there at all, 1 post and they're gone, piled on by 20 virgin, pocket protector freaks

3 older ones

Btw: bit confused by the timing of the post. The forum was a bit "hot" over summer, but haven't seen/read anything odd in a while

tdn I'm on this forum pretty often, and I have no idea what you're talking about.

Lets call people out.

baldylox I was about to use my local mountain biking forum as an example of one that works. Now that I think of it though, almost everyone on that forum meets each other in the real world. So it probably doesn't apply.

I don't think banning is the answer either.

koi I think we have gotten to the point that they are going to have to deal with it. Admins already trashed all the yoga pants pics, and personally i think the site is a lot cleaner than it was in the summer. The next thing they can do is start banning people; which is a slippery slope. You get people who say something, get banned, get pissed off, and start trolling the forum with new accounts.

Also, dude it's a forum, all the forums I have seen are this way...not saying its right, but it is what it is.

baldylox That's a funny one.

You won't see me jumping in to defend anyone's honor though, cause I don't care about random people I don't know. The point is, those threads are uncomfortable to read for anyone. Not just women. They give me douche chills. I don't think I'm the only guy here of that opinion.

Can we not bust a metaphorical nut over every female who posts?

Every single female that posts is bombarded like they said they wanted a pearl necklace. It's either guys who feel they MUST work some innuendo into the thread immediately or guys who have to show how cool they are by spewing filth like they are in the locker room.

If you wouldn't say it in real life, you probably shouldn't say it here. No wonder there are about five women on this forum. They probably grew up with a lot of brothers.
