|rambob||The age old question is: Does the board break in or do u get used to the board?|

a few people asking about how long til a TRS softens up. well I dont have a TRS but last years trice with about 40 something days on it. its the 157, im about 200 pounds and definitely feels a little softer than it was but without riding it straight after a new one it would be hard to notice.
if you want a soft board buy a soft board. not a stiff board you hope will be as soft as you hoped a season later.

The board is a little on the stiff side for me, but if it breaks in a bit I could see enjoying the board a lot more. I weigh 190 lbs and have ridden it about 15 times. Any ideas on how many days it will take to break in?

It is significantly softer than new one and can like butter and it actually presses well and is stable but I wouldn't say it is a jib noodle at all and I have rode it hard in the park this year as well. If it it starts out NOT a jib board its NOT going to turn into one once it softens up most likely. Dedicated jib boards have different cores and FG weaves that are going to flex better in any circ.

Anyone put in a lot of days on the lib tech TRS?
Does it jib and press well eventually?

|snowklinger||My Proto softened up significantly around day 60. Around day 100 it became pasta. Now its just gnocci.|
