That seems to be consensus.

I try to dry when I get home but I find even then they get some discoloration
just worried it would ruin the edges

speedjason just ride. it will come off.
I notice I left my board wet for like a day and it had some discoloration on the metal. usually I take it out and let it dry as soon as I get home. no discoloration by doing that.

tanscrazydaisy rust happens.

Stainless steel edges are more corrosion resistant... luckily my boards have them.

How do you prevent the rust on edges

wanted to know how you either prevent or remove the rust on the edges
after a day of boarding, and the long ride home. the edges of the snow board get some small patches of rust stain. what is the best way to prevent. Boards travel on a car top holder, so unable to dry them right away.
Been using a scotch bright pad to try to remove them, but did not know if there is a better way
