PalmerFreak Went to the Canyons several years ago and had a great time. Definitely liked it more than PC Mountain. I live in Wisconsin and the first time I went to a real mountain it was a bit intimidating. Start out on a mellow blue run or two until you get your legs under you. Most of it is mental but it won't be that big of a deal if you take it slow. Another thing to remember is that most resorts out west are pretty high above sea level (I don't remember what PC is) so try to take a day to get acclimated and drink plenty of water.

Canyons Resort!

Hi all, I just found out I have the opportunity to take a trip to Utah at the beginning of April because of my dad's work and will be staying at the Canyons resort. It will be my first time boarding outside of Ohio so you can imagine i'm pretty amped to go. I was wondering if anybody had any tips on how to get the best out of my experience at the Canyons and if anybody would like to meet up and shred with me, because I cannot find anybody to go with me because of the steep costs. So let me know!
