Magnum626 Yea you should be ok to at least the beginning of April the way its looking. Unless there's gonna be a lot more days like today then it may not. I was at Killington last year April 13 and 14. I think they closed after that.

As far as which has the best spring conditions. I don't know, I've usually only been to Killi because they're usually open the longest.

Psi-Man It's tough to say depending on weather, but it's shaping up to be an extended season. The bigger mountains should be open well into April and resorts like Killington have been known to go well into May.

How long is a typical VT Season?

Hello all,

I have been out west before, and will be heading to Jackson Hole in 2 weeks; however I am thinking i might want to squeeze in another weekend before the season is out. How long does the spring season last in VT? Stowe, Whiteface, Jay, etc etc? When is typically the last day of riding? Also, any recommendations on which mountains have the best spring season conditions?

Thanks in advance,

-DS
