Anticrobotic Burton's Cargo pants come in a tall version - but they're only 10k/10k.

double I highly recommend Outdoor Research Vanguard Pant as a very high quality solution for what you are looking for. The mediums should work really well for you, they are about 32-33 waist and run long. They have a removable bib so can be worn as a pant as well. You can read reviews for the pants on several sites.

LuckyRVA While not goretex, 686 has tall and short options for their Smarty Cargo pant. They come with a 15k waterproof rating.

Longer (gore-tex) pants than usual

Hi,

This is a difficult topic. I have some real issues with finding pants that are long enough. Being a skinny guy with legs longer than average, most pants are a couple of inches too short. My height is around 6' 2", but my waist is usually 32-33", while my inseam in regular jeans is 36".

I currently have a pair of O'Neill pants in L, which are reasonable but not waterproof enough which is sometimes a major issue. I tried on a couple of Burton AK2L cyclic pants in XL, where the length is almost decent... but unfortunately the rest is like walking in a tent :/

I would therefore appreciate any suggestions for longer than usual gore-tex pants. The brand does not really matter.
