I'm 110-115lb, 5'5" with 7.5 boot size. The board has a 4.5 flex rating in 145cm size and 5 in the 148cm size, if that helps. I'm advanced in free riding but beginner in freestyle, really focusing on improving skills over jumps and learning halfpipe. My old board was a 145cm burton lipstick but the GNU is really playful and easy to turn (although its flex rating is slightly higher) so i don't know if I should size up a bit for stability?

Thanks!
Just remember that the difference in 3cm is an inch. Sounds like you are trying to focus more on freestyle? So the shorter option won't hurt there, and you just aren't big enough to overpower either size. Any non kids board with a real core and steel edges is gonna support 100lbs.

I'm sure you could be happy with either.
