The problem is the k2 has a -1 degree edge but my edger only has option for 90 degrees or 88 degrees.

Should I try to change the edge to 90 degrees or buy another edge tool from different company to do the edges on my board?

when i pulled my board out of the plastic i grabbed a file and ran it over the edges at a 45 degree angle for a couple of passes. unless you plan on getting alot of ice shredding time who needs sharp edges?

Question about tuning edges.

You're over thinking it. If you ride rails. 88 if you don't 90. Or be lazy like I am because I don't see the difference and don't do them at all. Just snowboard.

tanscrazydaisy unless you need to change angles.... use a finer grit DMT.

if you want to get angle specific base & sidewall file guides, that's up to you.

if you want to get multi-edge ones, that's up to you.

Here's what I have:
Base-Side Bevel File Guide SKS Multi Tool with 3 DMT diamond stones
