chomps1211 I have the '12 Proto CT paired with 2010/11 Cartels. (...not the reflex). I like the combination. Then again, I've got Cartel's on all three of my boards, so,...

-edit- aware, there have been a couple threads here noting that the "Reflex" type Cartel's have demonstrated a problem with centering the bindings on some boards. I bought a pair of the '12/13 Reflex's specifically for my Proto. And I couldn't get them to center up properly. Wound up using them on my Rome GR. They centered up fine on that board!

NWBoarder +1 for the Rome 390 Boss. That being said, it's mostly just personal preference. Some people like a softer binding for a more surfy free-style free, and some people love a stiffer binding for the more responsive freeride feel. I like the 390 Boss due to it being right in the middle.

snowklinger I like my Vita's the last 2 years on my Proto fwiw. They are invisible.

NZRide I use Rome 390 Bosses on my HDX and they are great. I think a good compliment for the board since they are both geared for all mountain freestyle.
I like the amount of adjustablity on the 390s and the canted footbeds mean with some tinkering you can get the perfect and comfy setup.

linvillegorge Yeah, it's a middle of the road board in terms of flex. Virtually every binding company out there makes not just one, but a couple of different bindings that would suit it very well depending on your individual preference. Unless it's a super soft pure jib binding or a stiff as hell pure freeride binding, it could potentially work for you on the Proto.

hardasacatshead I'm using Burton Genesis' with my Proto HD and I bloody love 'em!

linvillegorge Pretty much any of the middle of the road bindings. Burton Cartel/Malavita, Flux TT, Union Force, etc. IMO, once you get to the Union Factories, that's a little stiff for the Proto for my preferences but that doesn't mean it's wrong. Different strokes for different folks.

readimag This has been talked to death of that I am sure, but my run down is Union Factory’s, Burton malavita and now ipo.

Flow NX2-AT... great fit for the board and your riding style.
