jonas007 A stiffer binding can handle higher speeds, give you more stability in the pipe and with landing jumps, and can give you more response with carving. A soft binding is better for jibbing, rails, boxes, etc. If your going to do a bit of everything, Burton Cartel's, Union Forces, and Ride Delta's provide enough stiffness to be responsive yet flexible enough for the park.

cell1122 Thanks guys, so Unions are good then? I know they only make bindings I believe. What does the stiffness affect, control? Would you want more flex for say the park and stiffer for free ride/all mountian? I am gonna check sierra and see what the prices are

jonas007 Sierra snowboards has a great sale going on right now. I'd go with the Union Forces or Burton Cartel's.

crazyface id go with some union forces or force sl's. the sl is a stiffer binding than the force, but teh force rides fine all over the mountain already.

cell1122 I heard form a few people that the K2 Formulas were good but was just looking for some more you would say the Autos are better than Formulas? alos which Ride models do people prefer

Snowfox I believe K2's Auto Evers are supposed to be there best "all mountain" bindings. Not totally familiar with them, but that's how I've seen them described.
Ride is supposed to make some good bindings, and they're made out of metal as well (might not sound like a big deal... but given my experience with some plastic bindings I'm a fan, lol).
I have some Ex bindings that are supposed to fit from 11 to 15, so you should be good size wise.

New Bindings Needed!!! Advice Please

Hello All, I would say I am an intermidiate level been riding for about two years just started doing blacks this year and handle myslef pretty well on them. I currently have a ride antic with Morrow Invasion bindings...I know I know...I need new bindings! What do you suggest, I want something that will keep up with my progression for the next two years or so. I am never really in the park so looking for nice all mountain pair. I have a big boot 13 so maybe a company that makes an XL...was looking at K2 Formula, Rome Tagras. Help a brother out!
