lisevolution I was very, very close to getting either the 11up w/mtx, dark series wide or skunk ape but didn't want to get an every day board w/ MTX until I tried it, so I ended up going with a Rome Flag which is the best board I've ever ridden. Much more freeride focussed that FS but from Rome's line check out the Slash and the Machine. Slash is more all around Park/Kickers/Rails/Backcountry and the Machine is the Wide Artifact so it's basically a wide Jib board with a much softer flex in it...

Phenom Thanks for that info, I was hoping that they weren't too raised up. I'm still not sure if I want a board with Magne-Traction though. I just gotta give it some more thought I guess.

lisevolution They aren't really risers...not like your thinking anyway. It's basically a slight lift built into the deck of the board that allows you to provide a bit more pressure on the heel and toe. You can barely even notice it when looking at the board

Phenom Anyone with input on the Dark Series ORG Throttle Plates? Not sure if I really like them. I never tried risers before, but the idea doesn't exactly seem like my cup of tea

Deciding on a park board - need help

This is my first post so what's up everyone? I need some help deciding between a few boards. Right now I have a Burton Canyon and it's great for the powder but it really hates the rails and jumps lol, so I'm looking for a board that will be good in the park. I'm leaning towards the Burton Twin because I feel like I can't go wrong with a Burton but I've heard a lot of good things about the Lib Tech Dark Series and the Lib Tech TRS. Anyone know how these boards stand against each other? Here's some info about me:

Age: 19
Weight: 195-200
Height: 6'1
Boots: 12
Starting snowboarding at 12 years old

Thanks in advance
