VNlilMAN burton sucks.
only thing good is their warranty and their socks(when they go on sale for $5!)

fyi, when i bought my new board at REI, they said they give a lifetime satisfaction guarantee on everything they sell. he said i could bring my board back 5 years later and say i'm not satisfied and they would refund my money no questions asked. i would never do that. but it's good to know they have your back like that.

Reede From most reports Burton are pretty damn good at warranty replacements.

I was browsing at a local shop a few weeks ago and they had a brand new Custom V-Rocker that a bloke had crashed into a tree in Japan and almost snapped the nose clean off, and they apparently replaced that even.

Another guy had his highback broken by a chairlift and they replaced that too, no dramas.

Both cases where Burton would be well within their rights to reject those claims.

+1

I dont understand that as well. When i called to inquire about NS boards, they gave me attitude and said they dont carry them. They should be removed off the NS retialers list.
