at the same time though, it sucks... you get attached to your boards after a while

Anyways, messing with a guy's board is equivalent to messing with his car, IMO. Thieves and vandals should be shot and dumped in a ditch.

I don't think he would've locked his board up to anything inside the "Hotel Diva". Totally sucks. But at least he ended up with gold.

NYCboarder Growing up in NYC you know nothing is safe if left unattended. IMHO if you shelled out all that money for a board (even lower priced ones arent cheap), why cant you invest in a lock? Not the bullshit retractable burton dakine etc locks.. get something good. it may be a bitch to carry but you can def find something.. even if its a combo lock made for lockers they do the job just fine
