InfiniteEclipse haha yea I hear you... those are my chill dudes that I've been listening to more recently, but I'm very much all over the place w/ classic rock, punk, dnb/dubstep, house/electro/minimal, jazz, rap, reggae, soul etc.... In the end though, it always comes back to Pink Floyd and nothing else

My friend showed me Guilty Scarred Eyes once but I completely forgot about it... saving it this time around Time was a cool track, especially the instrumental.

The Whitest Boy Alive - Burning was a sickk track... and yes to folk and Xavier Rudd and Modest Mouse, all of which were new to me so I have some catching up to do

Kings w/ Feist

La Roux (Upbeat)

La Roux - Dubstep Remix - lol you never know who likes dubstep but doesn't know it

Karasene I don't even know what genre of music I listen to.. lol I like such a broad spectrum of stuff outside of alt/indie. The only bands on that list I'm familiar with are Metric, Fiest, and Bon Iver which I like a lot. "Help I'm Alive" Twelves remix is a great song when I ride

I'm gunna have to add some music from The 88 and My Morning Jacket "Touch me I'm going to scream" Sounds like a great song! and the singer Ben's Brother has a great voice. I youtubed all of em lol.

This type of music is what i like to listen to when I feel like zoning out and writing in my journal or draw and think about things.

based off what I hear I think you would like a good amount of music on my ipod.

Alcholic Faith Mission is one of my favs.
"Guilty Scarred eyes"
and the song "Time" are two good songs to start. "time" download

The Whitest Boy Alive

Xavier Rudd if you like folk?
Fortune Teller

and I love love Modest Mouse
Perfect Disguise

InfiniteEclipse do you listen to indie/alternative generally or was that an exception?
Like any of the following? - Feist, Ben's Brother, Bon Iver, Metric, The 88, My Morning Jacket, Everything But The Girl, Iron & Wine, Kings of Convenience, Patrick Watson

Karasene haha yeah her voice is so strong!

glad you liked it!

InfiniteEclipse Oh wow what a voice, so powerful - I think I'm in love.... lol I've got the love?!

The xx remix was great too, thanks for showing me these, I appreciate the hook up. They will definitely be played all day... I love house music and this just seems so fresh

edit: holy crap, she's a 24 year old virgo

Karasene I so love their music. I randomly downloaded "Crystalized" about a month ago and when I frist heard it I definetly had to repeat the track about 5 times before moving onto the next song. Then I heard "Night Time". Good stuff for sure!

They also did a remix of one of my favorite songs by Florence + The Machine. Which mixes their chill style with an upbeat tempo which was a win win for me. Not sure if you'll like it but if you want to check it out... could be a little much tho?

The original Florence + The Machine - You've Got The Love
The remix The xx - You've Got The Love

and just in case you did like it. A free download.
Florence and The Machine - You've Got the Love (The xx Remix) | RCRD LBL | Free MP3 Downloads <---love that site. Their main page gives sample free downloads on all new artist. I'm always looking for new stuff.
