New Set-Up Rocks...and Rolls...

Just got out on my new board. The setup is the Arbor Alt 158 with K2 Auto Bindings and K2 Raider Boa boots.

I am thrilled with everything.

The board is incredibly light, fast, responsive, and feels like it has a lot of snap. Seems as though as soon as I think it the board is already doing it. Don't have much to compare it to, but I am really happy with the purchase. I didn't have a stomp pad on it, but definitely feel like I need to get one - top of the board is very slick, especially once it gets a little snow on it...

I was concerned when I got the K2 Auto bindings, but they were the only set the shop had left in my size and they gave me a good deal on them. After one day I have to admit that the auto/wire system is really convenient and a breeze. Made it really fast and easy to get in and out. My only concern now is the durability of the wire system over the long run, but I have to imagine that if there was a problem K2 would step up to the plate and do something about it.

As for the boots, don't have much to say. They are warm, comfortable, stiff in all the right places, and the Boa system is awesome for making slight adjustments quickly.
