earl_je shoulders and hip both, not just shoulders.. when your hip rotates, your weight shifts causing a turn.

thetraveler try practicing on the slope. when you can run a tail/nose press for a long time on the slopes then take it up onto the box. its easier to do on a box but hurts less if you eat it on the slope...

ClevelandSB stop turning your body and just keep facing perpendicular to the direction of your board. you'll turn where you face

Nose/Tail Press Help

Everytime I do presses my body turns and i eat it really bad. How can I fix this problem i've tried making sure i'm approaching straight at the rail or box but i can't stop turning. How can I stop this?
