veazer nope. That gap doesn't change anything.

On a side note, you want to make sure you adjust your toe ramp so that it fits with the end of your boot when ratcheted in place. To quote eHow, "Place your snowboard boot into the bindings and look at the toe ramp. It should be touching the boot as much as possible and should not be longer than the boot itself."

SoCalBurton Great guys.

One last thing. When extending that toe ramp it creates a little gap in the footbed near the heel ( you know what i mean?)

Does this feel odd or effect any feel or performance when riding? or you dont even not that lirrle gap?

veazer Yeah, it's perfectly normal... It should be flush when you press on it, but that's the only time it really matters.

Rufus All of my Cartels have just a little wiggle in the toe ramp. No problem.

Burton Cartel Owners - Question

I was playing with the toe ramp adjustment piece, and brought it out a notch to better match my new boots. Screwed the bindings back down.

Questions: Is it totally normal that the front toe ramp piece have a little bit of play? You can wiggle it around a bit?

And this is totally ok if so, and I shouldnt have a worry at all?
