Sudden_Death I got back into riding last summer.Started off with an older used K2 but being a pretty large guy I felt cramped on it.I didn't want to go up to a 24" cruiser because I wanted something I could still trick and ride trails pretty hard with and stumbled on a Faction 22" BMX.Best of both worlds.I am comfortable on it and it doesn't look like I just jacked a kids bike but it is still tough and responsive. Also spent a lot of last year building my friend a bike for a mothers day gift.It is a Macneil Whitton V2 frame with most other parts (fork, wheels) cannibalized off her old Hoffman Butcher.

Buy a marmoset and stop complaining.

agfracing Ilive to ride my bike in the summer and even the winter with our indoor skatepark. Ive been riding for a few years and love it.

Heres a brief run down of my set up.

KHE specter frame
KHE anchor bar/stem combo.
Profile cranksw/ GDH spindle
Profile front hub laced to an alienation deviant rim
Demolition rear 9t wheel.
Folding KHE tires all around
Gyro setup w/ Odyssey evo 2 brakes and clear odyssey pads

I love it. my bike with brakes on it weighs in at just over 20 pounds. Without brakes it is an insane 18.9 pounds.

Grinsk I ride bmx too. I have a Sunday and love to hit up my local skateparks. When I'm not out snowboarding I usually head up to Joyride 150 in Markham. Awesome indoor park.

vltsai I have a pretty built up Sunday/Odyssey bike. I had it from the get-go cause my roommate owned a bike shop. Figured if I'm gonna ride one bike, might as well do it right...right?

Few injuries keep me from doing too much though. Herniated disc right now so I can't even hop...even if I try. No bueno. It'll get better though.

Sunday 2nd Wave, Morning forks, Elementary stem, Lumberjack bars, 41Thermal cranks with Ti spindle, Fly rims laced to Primo hubs, 25/10.

(The perks of being/having a good roommate!)

PAboarder I used to until I moved down the road and me and my friends didn't get a chance to ride together all the time like we had been. I have a vintage ('80's) redline that is so light, I think my tires are the heaviest thing on it because it's hollowed out aluminum which is why I never tried anything too crazy, because I was afraid it'd snap under me (I'm about 195 pounds). I have a 25/8 gear ratio. The only original parts on it is the frame and the seat lol. The seat is plastic and my friends hate it but I think it's rather comfortable.

Most of the time in i ride whenever its not too cold and its dry out. i've been riding park and street basically for almost 3 years, and before that i rode dirt jumps when i had a mountain bike.

I ride a 2010 subrosa that i built up myself and bought most of the parts for how strong they are. my skill level is about intermediate but im not concerned about that because i ride for fun and it just feels great.

anyone else here ride bmx?
