killclimbz You should be ok, but man megladan is right about the flight. I've watched them come in and thought that it must be a hell of a ride. It's a small narrow little valley you land in with big mountains surrounding it. There are a few spots that are much the same way, like Jackson. Should be an exciting ride for sure.

alltourists and oh, the food in aspen is great. food in park city was just ok. i can't even remember eating off the mountains at tahoe, maybe because driving to the different resorts takes up all your time.

alltourists i've been to all three...

i'm not much of a partier so i'm going by what i observed based on an average of 1 night out in each. aspen seemed kinda clubby, small night clubs, lots of europeans, lots of pills being passed around. park city is more bars, everyone drinking beer, lots of americans... and tahoe i don't remember having anything, but the friends i was with are even more boring than i am, so it could just be that.

The riding terrain at Aspen kicks all sorts of @$$ over Breck too. Breck is such a flat boring hill. The three biggies (Ajax, Snowmass, Highlands)at Aspen have better terrain than almost all of Summit County.
if you can get yourself to whistler, do it. i went there back in january, and the scene there is ridiculous. i even found someone to buy some herb from in the village. the riding there is unbelievable as well. you may even have a better shot at some good snow there than you would in colorado that time of year. i've never been to aspen so i don't really have much basis for comparison, but i spend a lot of time in breck. if you like just going to a bar and maybe shooting a couple games of pool or something, then it's fine, but if you're into clubs and stuff it's probably not your thing.
